The first step in our process is we schedule a family assessment call which can be done over phone, zoom or in your home depending on your preference. Our owner Carly will assess your family's unique needs so that she can use this information to provide you with quality candidates that meet your needs. From there, you are sent the candidate's resumes and information, and you are able to schedule your own interview with them at your convenience. Then, you will let Cradle Ranch know the nanny or newborn care specialist of your choice. We will provide you with all the documentation needed to employ your nanny and make the agreement official!
