Nanny/Overnight Care Requirements

Requirements

Speak English
Be at least 21 years of age
Have a valid driver’s license, your own reliable vehicle, and current insurance
Long-term and recent (at least 3 years) professional nanny or overnight experience and/or training as an NCS, verifiable with references. (please note that occasional babysitter experience does not qualify; all references must be legitimate, verifiable, and non-family/friends)
Have your high school diploma or GED
Be eligible to work in the U.S. (and provide proof)
Have a clean criminal background (no misdemeanors or felonies)
Be First Aid / CPR Trained prior to being sent out to families (may apply prior to training)
Able to commit to a placement for at least 1 year
Live in the Greater Austin area
