Nanny Care

At Cradle Ranch Nannies we have a streamlined process to ensure that we present you with quality candidates to choose from. We have a large reach with our advertising capabilities to ensure your unique needs and requirements are met.

Our nannies undergo a rigorous interview and screening process which includes the following:

Extensive online application
Verification of Social Security Number as well as another form of legal identification
Have at least 3 childcare experiences and/or 3 years of related experience
Screening interview
Second interview with on the job scenario questions
At least 3 references whom we call directly
Employment verification
Criminal background check
Motor vehicle records check
Highest level of education verified
CPR and First Aid certification

Fees: $300 search fee

Nanny pay: Live out nannies typically are paid between $27-40 an hour + employer portion of payroll taxes. It is standard for nannies to have paid vacation, holidays, and sick days.

Placement Fees:

Full time nanny, 15% of the nanny's gross annual income, based on 52 weeks a year, $3500 minimum

Part time nanny, 20% of the nanny's gross compensation with a 12 week, $3500 minimum
